Guinea - Pray that the message of Christ will not be diluted through intermingling with animistic and Islamic beliefs. Thailand – Pray for freedom for those who have been enslaved through trickery or poverty and forced to work in the prevalent sex industry. Pray that God will choose special people to minister on His behalf to these precious people, to bring comfort and sustenance to those trapped in bitter and unwelcome sexual toil.
Niger – Pray that Seyni Oumarou’s heart would be drawn to God and that he would make noble and just decisions that are honoring to the Lord. Kyrgyzstan - Pray that the dark spiritual forces that hold Kyrgyzstan in darkness will be banished.
Iran - Pray for the salvation of President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad and leaders of terrorist groups. Burkina Faso - Pray for the Burkinabe and Serving in Missions missionaries who are partnering together in seven locations. Pray that God moves through the short-term Bible schools provided in each region.
Mali - Pray for healing from the many diseases that take young lives as many nomadic practices often do not follow any set inoculation schedules and miss many vaccinations. Azerbaijan – Pray that Christians in Azerbaijan would be able to reach people who don’t know God.
Benin – Pray for favor for Benin’s economy, which remains underdeveloped and dependent on subsistence agriculture, cotton production, and regional trade. Indonesia – Pray that the witness of released Christian women will continue to have a profound effect on those with whom they had been imprisoned. Pray that many will give their lives to the Lord Jesus whom they follow and who was able to give them peace.
Laos - Pray for the plans of Laos’ small terrorists insurgency to be defeated. Western Sahara - Pray for fellowship and discipleship all Christians. Pray for Believers to receive greater acceptance in society.
Egypt – Pray for Egypt’s government, courts and police. Pray that they would implement laws that are fair and humane for all. Uzbekistan – Uzbekistan declared independence from the Soviet Union in 1991 and since then Islom Karimov has been in sole charge because he has made it against the law for anyone to oppose him in government. Pray for his salvation. . |
