FIRE FALLS AT THE TEEN INTENSIVE
Today is day 7 of our 8 day Teen Intensive, and all I can say is WOW!! This has been an incredible week of impartation from the Lord. As many of you already know, John Burton , Director of Intro to Ihop in Kansas City, Mo, was with us for the first 6 days of our internship.
People were ushered into the throne room of God…literally. Many testify of visiting the third heaven, (some of them didn’t even know what that meant, let alone visit there…wow), burning physically with the fire of God, holy laughter, shaking under the anointing, waking up in the middle of the night with dreams (or yelling out oracles of the Lord) and more.
In my Joel class we had several days of teaching followed by intense times of the presence of the Lord. Yesterday we moved into a powerful time of repentance and healing, making more space in our enlarged hearts for Him. I love that! On a personal level, my vision and calling has never been clearer. I am brimming with excitement for the future of Ihope and it’s role in city-wide revival. The joy in my heart is overflowing, though the weightiness of what is ahead sobers my spirit. My heart longs to be aligned with God’s desires for this region. It longs to burn continually for Him. It longs to long.
Ihope became instantly knitted to John’s heart. He indeed has been connected to our hearts in a way that only God can orchestrate. We are excited to stoke the fires of revival in this region with him in our army.
